Auction fees
The Purchaser will pay to the order of SAS AUCTIE'S SVV, in addition to the hammer price, a buyer's commission of28% inc. tax (30% inc. tax for auctions via Drouot Live).

Payment of auction slips
For your purchases in the hall, your slip will be given to you on site at any time during the sale. Present yourself to our team and you will be able to pay by credit card, bank cheque or cash up to a limit of 1,000 euros.
For your purchases on purchase orders by email, by telephone, the adjudication slip is sent to you on the day of the sale. Payment is made by telephone by credit card or bank transfer to the RIB indicated on the slip, in cash, without delay.
For all purchases via Drouot.com (automatic auction, live auction), your adjudication slip will be sent to you by email the day after the sale at the latest. Payment is made by telephone by credit card or bank transfer.
If payment is not received after 7 days following the sale, legal penalties will apply to the total amount of the slip.
Lot collection
During the sale and up to 1 hour after the sale: your purchases are collectable without storage fees during and up to 1 hour after the sale at Drouot To collect your lot, introduce us to your team, pay your slip and your lot will be delivered to you. A free packing service is available on the ground floor of the Drouot auction house.
At the end of the sale, all lots (except jewelry) will be entrusted to the Drouot storage department. Warehousing charges will be payable by the buyer upon delivery of the lot to Drouot, after prior payment of the adjudication slip by credit card by telephone, or by bank transfer to the account indicated on the slip. Auctie's declines all responsibility in the event of damage to a lot entrusted to Drouot's warehousing, as the transfer of ownership takes place when the term "adjugé" is pronounced by the auctioneer.
Unless specific instructions are given by the successful bidder (before or during the sale), all lots (with the exception of jewelry, which will be stored at the auction house) remaining in our possession on the evening of the sale at 7pm will also be entrusted to the Drouot store (subject to a handling fee and any storage fees from the 5th day after the sale).
Storage
Storage is free of charge until the 15th day after the sale. Beyond this date, a storage fee of €3 (excl. VAT) per lot per month will be charged prior to delivery.
Responsibility
From the moment the lot is awarded, it is the responsibility of the buyer. Should any damage occur during handling, transport or shipping operations after the auction, the Auction House declines all responsibility.
