All items on display will be visible at the Gien depot by prior appointment on 01 42 72 03 65, choice 3.
Sale procedure
As this is an online sale on Drouot.com, bids must be placed on the platform, before the end of sale time. Bids will be processed in accordance with the ceilings indicated on the Drouot.com platform. An online sale is a fully dematerialized electronic sale where bidding takes place exclusively on the Internet. Bids may be placed up to the deadline set by Auctie's. No live video broadcasts are held for online sales.
Auctions conducted via live are a service given free of charge, Auctie's accepts no responsibility for the non-execution of any order or for any errors or omissions that may occur in connection with this service, including for: ⁃ a loss of internet connection ⁃ a breakdown or problem with the online auction software ⁃ a hardware and/or system compatibility problem.
Auction fees
The Buyer will pay to the order of SAS AUCTIE'S SVV, in addition to the auction price, a buyer's commission of 25% inclusive of tax.

Award slip payment
For all purchases via Drouot.com, your award slip will be sent to you by email the day after the sale at the latest. Payment is made by telephone by credit card or bank transfer.
In the absence of receipt of payment after 7 days following the sale, legal penalties will apply to the total amount of the slip.
Lot collection
All lots are stored in our depot in Gien (45). Delivery of lots is by prior appointment at 35 quai de Nice 45500 GIEN, with your paid adjudication slip, or a means of payment to pay on the spot.
Shipping may be carried out subject to shipping charges.
A shuttle service can also be arranged for collection from our offices in Paris, subject to a fee.
The rate will be given to you according to the final list of your purchases, at the end of the sale by calling 01 42 72 03 65, choice 2.
Storage
Storage is free until the 15th day after the sale. Beyond this date, a storage fee of €3 (excl. VAT) per lot per month will be charged prior to delivery.
Responsibility
From the moment of the adjudication, the lot is the responsibility of the buyer. Should any loss or damage occur during handling, transport or shipping operations after the awarding of the lot, the auction house declines all responsibility.
