A few years later, Marcel Cosson specialized in landscapes, scenes of daily life and still lifes. He also often deals with opera, ballet and circus subjects. The artist enjoys depicting Parisian life.

Over the years, he takes part in numerous exhibitions in France and abroad, notably in New York and London. His reputation grew and his works sold at ever-increasing prices. Marcel Cosson died in Paris in 1956. His fame left an important mark on the history of art.
