The Fondation d'Auteuil was created in 1866 by Abbé Louis Roussel and Father Daniel Brottier, who placed themselves under the protection of Thérèse de Lisieux and intended to "create, act and innovate for the service of the poorest and most destitute children". Originally dedicated to orphans to whom she wanted to give agood education, as well as a trade allowing them to earn their livinge, the Fondation d'Auteuil intends to adapt to new social issues linked to child protection and is dedicated to young people in difficulty.

Apprentis d'Auteuil has been in existence for over 150 years.

How can my objects support causes?

By entrusting your objects to Auctie's, we appraise them, and sell them at auction. After the sale, we offer to donate all or part of the proceeds to solidarity projects of your choice. What's more, you can deduct it from your taxes!
What kind of items can I auction?

Any type of object: antique or more recent furniture, antique or contemporary paintings, objets d'art, jewelry, wines, vintage vehicles, knick-knacks, and more generally, anything that may be hiding in your attic or cellar and whose value you don't know.
How do I know what my item is worth?

That's our business! Before putting an item up for auction, we appraise it, authenticate it, estimate its value and, if necessary, draw on a network of +100 partner experts, each of them experts in their field. Of course, the estimation phase is 100 free of charge and without obligation.
How are the solidarity projects you support chosen?

The causes listed on our sites have not been selected! They are our sellers, like you, who have asked us to support them. If you, too, have projects that are close to your heart, auction off your items and use all or part of the proceeds to support these projects!
Is it tax-deductible?

And of course! If your item sells for €1,000 and you donate the entire amount to a project close to your heart, you'll get back €750 in tax deductions for an association helping people in difficulty and €660 for a general interest association!
