Robert Rauschenberg's style and technique

Robert Rauschenberg is a contemporary artist who worked in a wide variety of media : drawing, painting, lithography, sculpture. Like Andy Warhol, he experimented a great deal with silkscreen printing, as the Pop Art movement in which they were to evolve lent itself particularly well to it. The artist is also sometimes referred to as Neo-Dada, even though the Dada group is not a current but an experiment.
